A Bit About Me.

Hi, I’m Mayad – artist, sketching obsessive, and your go-to guy for turning buildings, arches and the odd lamppost into miniature masterpieces. I split my time between the leafy streets of London and the sunny corners of Barcelona – so don’t be surprised if the occasional tapas bar or Spanish balcony sneaks into my courses!

My journey all started as a quest to better communicate my design ideas to clients when designing their new homes – little did I know, I'd stumble upon a delightful obsession! I fell head over heels for ink splatters, messy palettes, and the joy of capturing the world one sketch at a time.

When I’m not sketching beautiful buildings, leafy trees or the quiet charm of an old lantern on a street corner, I’m usually being roped into drawing something a little more whimsical. As a proud grandad to three gorgeous girls, I’ve found myself happily wandering into the world of colourful creatures, dreamy castles and sparkly skies – and it’s become one of my greatest pleasures to create something magical just for them (and maybe for a few grown-ups who never quite grew out of fairy tales too).
